Agreement for cooperation with Ukraine

On November 3rd, 2010, Agreement for cooperation between the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Macedonia and the State Committee of Ukraine for technical regulation and consumer policy in the area of standardization, metrology, conformity assessment and protection of consumer rights, was signed. The signing of this Agreement between the two countries, aims to remove technical barriers to trade, taking into consideration the common interest for quality and safety of the products subject to import / export between Macedonia and Ukraine. The cooperation resulting from the signing of this agreement also includes close collaboration between institutions and above all in the exchange of information pertaining to laws, bylaws in the field of metrology, standardization, conformity assessment and protection of consumer rights, information on official publications issued by national bodies, training and improving knowledge in the field of metrology, standardization, etc.
