On the 13th and 14th of June, in Turin, Italy, the annual meeting of the participating partners in the EMPIR project for the decimation of the kilogram unit of mass is being held.
The meeting is hosted by the Metrological Institute of Italy (INRIM), and the meeting is attended by 11 countries-representatives of the Metrological Institutes, full members of EURAMET. The Bureau of Metrology is represented by the Director Avdulj-Selam Selami and the staff of the mass laboratory.
Considering the fact that the project is already in the final phase, which should be completed by the end of the year, in these two days the partners should summarize the results of the project tasks and agree on deadlines for the delivery of results for the technical reports, which should be submitted to the EMPIR and EURAMET committees.
